8 to 9 December 2007 - 145th Anniversary of the Battle of Fredericksburg

Several Members of Company A, 79th New York joined the Irish Brigade for the 145th Anniversary of the Battle of Fredericksburg. The weekend was filled with recreations of the approach march of the Irish Brigade, street fighting, the attack on the Sunken Road; as well as camraderie and good cheer around campfires and in the pubs.
